LGK Interiors is a residential and commercial design firm in Concord, Massachusetts founded in 2006. LGK Interiors brings great design opportunities to both the experienced client and the uninitiated by removing intimidation from the design process. We listen carefully and with an open mind, crafting environments that reflect our clients’ tastes and lifestyles. We maintain the highest standards for quality, paying attention to the tiniest details and honoring the time and budget expectations of our clients. Lori Glaser Korn
Lori Glaser Korn brings over 20 years of interior design experience to LGK Interiors.
She has designed homes and commercial spaces in cities across the country, including Boston, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Washington, D. C. and San Jose, CA.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, majoring in Art History and Theatre, Lori completed her graduate studies in interior design at Boston Architectural College. An accomplished actress and singer, Lori has performed off-Broadway and in regional theater as well as numerous television and radio commercials. Lori’s life in the theater informs her artistic sensibilities and allows her to create unique, dramatic spaces.
She melds her passion for color, texture and form with clients’ needs, taste and expectations resulting in an elegant, finished project.
Lori resides in Concord, MA and enjoys traveling to exotic places, walking in the woods, baking bread and has a newfound passion for storytelling.

CONSULTATION
We offer every potential client a free one hour consultation or “discovery” meeting. In it we learn about the scope of the project, the budget, timeline and the client’s aesthetic preferences. We ask many questions about how the space will be used and find out about any special needs. After this initial meeting we put together a comprehensive proposal for the job.

DESIGN
The first deliverable is a presentation of three curated and fully developed schemes for the space. For instance, if we are designing a kitchen, each option would have flooring, cabinet style and finish, countertop material, backsplash material, decorative lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures and paint. The client needs to see these different elements up close but also needs to understand how they work together. From these three schemes the design direction emerges.

EXECUTION
Once the design choices have been solidified, we create a project spreadsheet with pricing, specifications, links, and a way to track what has been ordered and what has been delivered. We share this spreadsheet with the clients, architects and contractors.
We are then involved in the purchasing process so that we can pass on our trade discounts whenever possible, but also to manage the ordering so that everything arrives in a timely manner and nothing holds up the construction process. In addition, we are involved in the construction management and attend frequent site meetings to make sure that the construction is true to the design intent.
